Don’t miss our brand-new Homesteading 101 program August 29th in the Chattanooga area.

Recently bought 5-50 acres and trying to figure out how to get started? Or maybe you’re considering buying some property but wanting to get oriented with agriculture? Or just fascinated by homestead topics in general? This program is open to anyone ad there is no prior experience required!

We’ll cover the basics of animals, plants, and other relevant topics to the agriculture side of homesteading. This program will function as a crash course in managing crops and livestock on a small scale. Lunch will be provided plus, free seeds and educational materials are included!

  • When: August 29th 9:30 am – 3:45 pm
  • Where: Chattanooga State Community College
  • Cost: $15 for early registration; $20 after August 21
  • Who: anyone at any level who wants to learn more about small-scale farming or homesteading
