Leadership, Citizenship and Healthy Living

4-H offers youth many pathways to develop their leadership and citizenship skills. Whether they participate in a 4-H club, compete in a 4-H contest, attend a 4-H conference or work on a 4-H project, there is an emphasis throughout on positive youth development and helping kids develop the skills and character to become productive members of their community.

4-H also offers several opportunities for youth with an interest in healthy living to grow their knowledge and encourage those around them to do the same.
