4-H Fashion & Design Conference Information Brochure
The 4-H Fashion and Design Conference will be held June 1-4, 2026 at Ramsey Hotel, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The cost is $250. This conference is open to 6th – 12th graders (must have finished 6th grade). There will be a sewing project, design workshops, a service project, offsite adventure at the Dolly Parton Stampede Dinner Show, a movie night at the pool, shopping at the Tanger Outlets, a fashion show, and more. Deadline to turn in payment and registration is April 1, 2026. Conference registration is limited to 3 youth from each county. Additional youth interested in registering will be added to a waiting list.
To register, turn in the following to the UT-TSU Extension Hamilton County office by April 1. The address for the office is 6183 Adamson Circle, Chattanooga, TN 37416. Office hours 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday:
- Completed Registration form on brochure OR call the Extension Office (423-209-8560) during office hours (8-4:30, Monday through Friday) with the following information: First and Last name of youth, Parent/guardian’s Name, Grade, County, Mailing address, Email, Phone, Roommate preference, Dietary/Health needs, and Choice of your fashion show pieces – sewn, purchased, upcycled, or all of the above.
- Completed 600A Activity and Event Acceptance Form
- $250 fee – payable by check (to University of Tennessee) or by credit card or cash in the office
