Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

Mission
To provide research-based education to low-income families and youth that promotes healthy eating practices through wise use of resources.
Goals and Objectives
The purpose of EFNEP is to help limited-income families and youth acquire the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behavior changes necessary to maintain nutritionally sound diets and promote personal development in hopes that all Tennesseans will form healthy eating habits that result in optimal health.
